Maintenance
Maintenance is divided into two types: preventive and corrective. We are on call 24h/24 under contract.
Preventive maintenance:
The aim is to reduce the probability of equipment failures. We draw up a schedule with the customer depending on the imperatives of production, time and the number of units in use.
- INSPECTION: is carried out as part of a predetermined task and not limited to a comparison with pre-defined data;
- CONTROL: is checking conformity against predefined data;
- INSPECTION VISIT: consists of a predetermined detailed examination of the elements under contract;
- TESTING: is an operation to compare the response of a system to defined applied forces against a reference system (significant physical phenomena relating to correct operation).
Corrective maintenance:
This is linked to a predetermined event type: self-diagnosis, information from a sensor, wear measurements, etc. We monitor closely and intervene as soon as a defect appears, around the clock, under the terms of a contract.
- DETECTION: close surveillance of the equipment enables us to detect any defective element;
- LOCALISATION: as soon as a defect appears, we locate and isolate the cause of the problem detected;
- DIAGNOSIS: identification of the cause is defined by a set of information from normal inspection of the equipment, testing or control;
- REPAIR: we intervene 24h/24 under contract and carry out repairs on site or in our workshops if necessary.
